What data we process and why

If you email us, we will use your details only to reply to you.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address and the page or section of the website where you signed up (for example, the home page or an article). When each issue is sent, the sending platform also records whether you open it and which links you click, so we know what content interests readers. We use this data for the sole purpose of sending you the Puntazos Padel newsletter, once a week, and related communications. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email or by writing to info@puntazospadel.com.

Sponsorship form

If you send us the sponsorship form, we process the details you give us (name, email, brand or company, goal, message and, if you include them, approximate dates and an indicative budget) only to answer your request and, if we reach an agreement, to manage the collaboration. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). We keep the request for as long as the conversation lasts and, if there is no agreement, for a maximum of 12 months; if there is a collaboration, for as long as tax law requires. The message is forwarded to us by email through an email delivery provider (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as a data processor with the safeguards set out in the GDPR for international transfers. The form does not use cookies.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

Retention

We will keep your data for as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe, it will be deleted or blocked in accordance with the applicable rules.

Recipients and data processors

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Newsletter subscriptions are stored and sent through beehiiv (beehiiv Inc., USA), which acts as a data processor. As its servers are in the United States, the international transfer of data is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, included in its data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@puntazospadel.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own (technical, analytics or advertising) and loads no third-party trackers or embedded content (social media, videos or maps). That’s why you don’t need to accept anything to browse it.

To know which pages are read we use Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc., our hosting provider): it only gives aggregate statistics (page views, country, device type and browser, referring website), uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and collects no personal data that identifies you. With the same tool we also count, in aggregate and without cookies or personal data, clicks on links to PadelProShop and on the copy-code button (on which page, which product and in which part of the page).

Links to other websites (for example, to shops such as PadelProShop or to our Instagram profile) only take you there if you click them; once there, those websites may set their own cookies under their own policies.

If other analytics or advertising tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where necessary.
