How we chose them. We started with the 2026 padel rackets PadelProShop sells for under €100, then opened each product page on 23/10/2026 to check its specs and price. Shape, weight, materials and level come from the spec sheet; where a detail is missing, we leave it out. The picks are based on specs and price, not on-court trials.

The eight rackets in detail

Control: round rackets

Bullpadel Impulse CTRL 2026

A round control racket sold only at PadelProShop and rated for beginners. It weighs 360 to 370 g, with a Polyglass (fibreglass) face, a SoftEVA core, a smooth surface and a 38 mm profile.

  • Who it suits: new players who want a forgiving racket that helps them place the ball.
  • Who should skip it: anyone after something light; it’s one of the heaviest here.

StarVie Arkos 2026

Another round beginner’s racket, with a low balance: the weight sits closer to the handle, so it’s easier to manoeuvre. It has an X Glass Tech face, a soft S-Eva Flex core and a rough surface that helps you put spin on the ball. It weighs 350 to 366 g.

  • Who it suits: beginners who want a soft core that sends the ball back with little effort.
  • Who should skip it: big hitters looking for power.

Siux Astra Control 2026

The only one of the eight that the spec sheet rates as intermediate. It is round, weighs 355 to 375 g, and has a 3K fibreglass face, an EVA core and a rough surface with a glossy, sand-textured finish.

  • Who it suits: players who have the basic shots and would rather place the ball than smash it.
  • Who should skip it: complete beginners after the simplest, cheapest option.

All-round: teardrop rackets

Siux Beat Hybrid 3 Air 2026

The cheapest racket in this guide, at €57.90. A teardrop (the all-round shape) for beginners, weighing 340 to 360 g, with 3K carbon construction and a soft EVA Soft core. Siux describes its profile as medium, balancing power and control.

  • Who it suits: anyone who wants to spend as little as possible and still have a racket that can defend and attack.
  • Who should skip it: players who already know they want a pure control racket.

Adidas Drive Light 2026

One of the lightest on the list: 345 to 360 g. An entry-level teardrop with a fibreglass face, an Eva Soft Performance core, a medium balance and Adidas’s Smart Holes Lineal drilling pattern.

  • Who it suits: players who tire easily or don’t hit hard.
  • Who should skip it: anyone who likes a heavier racket that puts more weight behind each shot.

Head Bolt White/Grey 2026

A 350 g teardrop with a fibreglass face, a Power Foam core, a smooth surface and a medium balance. The spec table rates it for beginners, but the product description aims it at beginners and intermediate players.

  • Who it suits: players who want an all-rounder that will still work as they improve.
  • Who should skip it: anyone who wants to choose their weight: it only comes in 350 g.

Power: diamond rackets

Bullpadel Indiga PWR 2026

An entry-level diamond that the spec sheet files under its women’s category. It weighs 360 to 370 g, with a Polyglass (fibreglass) face, a CarbonTube carbon frame, a SoftEVA core and a smooth surface.

  • Who it suits: beginners who want more punch.
  • Who should skip it: anyone after control; the diamond shape puts the sweet spot higher up and is less forgiving.

LOK Be Hype Gen 2 2026

The most expensive racket here, at €89.00, and the second diamond. The spec sheet rates it for beginners, men and women, at 360 to 375 g, with a fibreglass face and frame, an EVA core and a smooth surface. The description adds a mix of fibreglass and Flex Fiber and a memory-foam EVA core.

  • Who it suits: players who like to attack at the net and want a power racket for under €100.
  • Who should skip it: complete beginners who can’t yet control the ball.

What not to expect from a racket under €100

All eight have a fibreglass face, under different brand names (Polyglass, X Glass Tech, 3K). None has carbon on the face; only the Indiga PWR uses it, in the frame. According to NOX, fibreglass is the least rigid material and makes softer rackets, while carbon is lighter and stronger, with a firmer feel. PadelProShop links carbon faces mainly to higher levels.

Don’t be swayed by the crossed-out price either. It’s the shop’s reference price; what matters is what you pay today.

How to choose by level

  • Beginners and social players: a round racket. The sweet spot is lower and more central, and it forgives off-centre hits. Ideally with a soft core.
  • Regular players who want to do a bit of everything: a teardrop. It balances control and power.
  • Attacking players: a diamond. The weight sits higher for more power, but the shape demands better technique.
  • Weight: a lighter racket is less tiring to swing. Rackets of 360 to 375 g put more weight behind the ball, but you’ll feel them towards the end of a match.
